Upper Deck was juuuuuuust a bit outside with this design. The player selection is a good one for a hundred card set but whoooo boy. Did they screw up on the background.
Grey almost never looks good as a background color.
Faux marble is so early 90's
Why put the positions in an almost unreadable font on the side?

Somehow, with your red backdrop, these POH cards don't look too bad.
Oh, what am I SAYING. This set is crap. Worst design of '08. Easily.
I can easily second that emotion. It was so bad I found the complete set for 4.99 and offered 2.50. AND GOT IT.
